Thank you, Linda, for helping me have the courage to do what I needed to do. My daughter and I are so much happier now and I think my ex-husband is in a better place as well. I feel like a whole different person than I did when I first walked into your office so scared and crying. When I found Ms. Pizzini, I had already wasted more than a year and paid several thousand dollars in fees to another attorney who had not advanced the case beyond the initial filing of a response.  I didn't even have a temporary order for support and was living on as little as $750 month--whatever my husband deigned to send me.  I hired Linda Pizzini only 6 weeks before a pending trial date, hoping that she could at least get the trial continued and we could get back on track.  Instead, she got me the legal separation I wanted in the first place along with continued medical insurance that I needed, and got the other side to the settlement table within 6 weeks, the original trial date.  She also associated a legal specialist into the case to complete an order for my community property portion of my husband's pension.  Now I will get my own income check from the pension every month and not have to live in fear each month that my husband will decide not to send me any money at all.  Everything was completed, including the QDRO order for the pension, in 4-1/2 months!!!  Ms. Pizzini is a real miracle worker and I only wish I had hired her right off the bat.  I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone needing a family law attorney.
